Turns out that finding pictures of me for before and after is quite difficult!! I started the SlimMe1 program when I had reached a point of desperation! I have ALWAYS struggled with my weight, and I always managed to find excuses why NOW was not a good time to lose weight. There was always something that I “Just COULDN’T do!” I had done diets and exercise and would lose weight but would hit a point and just snap and go back to my old ways. I would gain all the weight back again and again and each time feeling worse and worse about myself.
I had heard of YP10 and was skeptical. How is it possible that you could lose at least 1lb a day and everyone doesn’t use it!?!! But I didn’t know where else to turn, and after speaking to several people who had done the plan, decided to take the plunge and give it a go! I am so glad I did!
In the first 30 days I had lost a total of 16lbs! I had blown past the number that seemed to be by sticking point for so long!
My BMI is no longer in the OBESE category. My cholesterol and Blood Pressure are back to normal, and I feel GREAT!!!
I am currently in my “maintain” stage, but I plan on purchasing a second round to lose the last 30lbs I have to reach my goal! I have a whole new relationship with food that I have never been able to reach before. Thank you!!

Well Maggie that is great great work. Your heart, lungs, legs, knees, and every part of you, including the mind will rejoice. But girl, you need to give exercise serious consideration. It doesn’t have to be the hard stuff, just getting out and walking around alot more than you used to. Losing weight is incredibly important and so is keeping it off. And exercising not only helps with keep weight off, but it keeps the inner workings of your body going too. You will see the benefits of exercise, just as you’ve seen the benefit of your weight loss program. Don’t miss out an essential part of being healthy – exercise.
Start slow and work up – don’t make it hard so you quit early on – consistency is key. You obviously have lots of determination as well, so harness it and go for a home workout that suits your style, suits your personality and gets your body moving.
http://www.homeworkoutsreport.com will help sort out what works and what doesn’t. I’d say you are probably really well suited to something like a cross between dance and gym exercising – but in the privacy of your own home! Go check out the report and you’ll see reviews there.
What you’ve done is really terrific – well done.
I have been working out for going on 2 years now VERY regularly. I didn’t stop when I started the yp10 plan and even ean my first 5k. I am the strongest I have been in my life!! The exercise isn’t what I needed help with. I needed to get to the point where I realized there was a time and place for food and that I needed to eat for fuel not just to eat. I needed a jump start because I was discouraged I wasn’t seeing a loss with exercise alone. But it was because I would exercise. Come home and eat… The wrong things. I have not started my second run of yp10 yet but I am now equipped to lose on my own.
Ok. So I just saw this video so I’m gonna start tomrorow i guess technically today since it’s 3am lol. This is just in time bc I just started back running again!! You are my favorite Youtuber!! Blessings to you!!
