I was a 49 year old woman who had always been considered slender, until I hit 40. I had retired from the Navy, moved cross country, lost my father and was out of work. The first 25 pounds of weight gain was during this time. I quit smoking six years ago and the second 25 pounds were gained after that. I had been attempting weight loss through working out and cutting back on carbs, but never really achieved the weight loss I wanted. I was diagnosed as hypothyroid two years ago and put on medication, but that didn’t result in the weight coming off any easier either. I was really upset with myself and the fact that I couldn’t lose the weight without starving myself and I wasn’t going to do that. I had been hearing Dave and Michelle from 99.9 The Wolf talk about the amazing YP10 Diet and thought it was probably a short lived thing and waited for the ads to go away. They didn’t go away, so I finally thought I’d go to the website and check it out. Only when I looked at their pictures and actually saw the difference in their faces did I think this could be for me. I still thought about it for about another month or so and finally decided that I wanted to give it a go and ordered my package.
I started the diet around the beginning of October 2010 and followed it to a T. I will agree with others who said they experienced a slight headache for the first few days after starting the drops and was a little concerned that I wouldn’t be able to continue, but that went away within a week and that was the only bad side affect. There were times when I was hungry, but never starving and nothing that drinking my water didn’t satisfy. I don’t have my journal any longer, so I can’t tell you day to day what my weight loss was, but I did lose a total of 30 pounds in 30 days and I was thrilled!!! Not only did I have the weight loss, but the drops combined with the diet had my thyroid working to a point that I felt better physically and emotionally than I had in years!! I was sleeping soundly and was always in a good mood.
After I ended the drops, I did the maintenance phases and have been able to keep the weight off for a year now. I do have another 20 pounds to go though, so I plan on doing the diet again after the beginning of the year. My goal is to weigh the same or even less than I did 12 years ago when I retired from the Navy. I just turned 50 and I want people to say “you don’t look 50” when they find out my age! I can honestly say that without the YP10 I would never have been able to lose the weight I have lost and know without a doubt that with YP10 I’ll be able to lose the remaining weight that I want to. Thank you YP10!!!
